The Waterfront Precinct will feature a hotel, restaurants, residential apartments, riverside park and potential marina. By developing the Waterfront Precinct, the connection from the cultural and civic heart of Devonport to the Mersey River and Bass Strait will be realised, opening the City up to the waterfront - a long-held community desire.

Expressions of Interest are currently being invited for the acquisition of a site and development a the new waterfront hotel (corner of Rooke & Best Street), which is located diagonally opposite the new conference venue. Further information can be obtained by contacting Robert Woolf, Development Manager, Projects + Infrastructure Group, on 02 9775 1900 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Submissions are to be provided by 2pm, Friday, 30th June 2017,
