The East Devonport Jobs Forum is an opportunity for employers to meet local job seekers face-to-face, promote current and upcoming job opportunities, and showcase their organisation.

Employer participation is free.

Event details

When: Thursday 5 November 2026
Time: Stallholder setup from 3:20pm to 3:50pm
Open to the public: 4pm to 6pm
Where: East Devonport Primary School Gym

Previous Jobs Forums have helped employers connect directly with potential employees, with some businesses leaving with interviews arranged and new team members ready to start.

The event is a great way to make connections, save time on recruitment and introduce your business to people looking for work.

Employers are encouraged to get involved

You can use the Jobs Forum to:

• promote current or upcoming vacancies

• meet potential employees

• talk about what it is like to work for your organisation

• answer questions about your industry and career opportunities

• connect with local employment and community services.

Training providers and employment agencies are also welcome to participate and connect with job seekers and local employers.
