In accordance with section 14 of the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982 and in the exercise of powers conferred upon me under this section, notice is hereby given of Council’s intention to close a section of local highway at Collins Way, Tugrah, adjacent to 13A Collins Way, Tugrah.
A Plan detailing the proposed closure is available for public inspection at Council Offices, 137 Rooke Street Devonport, during normal business hours or on Council’s website.
Objections from interested parties to the proposed closure may be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 604, Devonport 7310 or council@devonport.tas.gov.au, by 5:00pm on Friday 29 May 2026.
